RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@upliftcbdco.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and The Item and Proof of Purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

*Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $35.00.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

ORDER PROCESSING
ID VERIFICATION
For compliance, we require an ID verification to be able to purchase certain products intended for use by persons 21 years of age and older. You can send your photocopy of your Driver’s License or Passport ID to info@upliftcbdco.com.

DELIVERY METHOD AND TIMING

Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. Shipments are sent using USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Flat Rate. Shipping times are dependent on location from our main warehouse and fulfillment center located in Florida. Typical shipping times may vary from 4-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times. This does not include any potential for inclement weather or holidays. USPS First Class Mail: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 3-5 business days according to their website.
USPS Priority Mail: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 1-3 business days according to their website.
USPS Flat Rate: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 3-5 business days according to their website.

If your preferred shipping address is a P.O. Box, please be sure to pick USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method!
