RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase from Uplift CBD Co. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

ONLINE RETAIL SALES

  • All sales are final due to regulations.
  • Exceptions: If your product is defective, please email info@upliftcbdco.com within 30 days of purchase with proof of defect (e.g., photos, videos).
  • Returns: Upon approval, you will receive instructions for returning the defective product. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Replacements: Once we receive and inspect the defective product, we will ship a replacement to the address on your original order.
  • Lost or stolen: If you purchased Route protection with your order, you can file a claim with Route to get the order reshipped (must wait five days after estimated delivery date to file a claim).  Here is the link to Route’s claim page: https://claims.route.com/

For those that do not purchase the Route protection, you will have to file a claim with the shipping partner that the order was shipped through.

We highly recommend getting Route protection. It can save you time and money if your order is lost or damaged.

  • Please contact your Uplift CBD Co. sales representative directly to initiate any returns or exchanges. (15% restocking fee may apply)

  2. Package Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Include proof of purchase (if applicable).

ORDER PROCESSING

ID Verification: Age verification is required for all products and is completed during the checkout process through a third-party service.
Shipping: We ship using USPS and UPS. Shipping times can take up to 7 business days depending on the distance from our Florida warehouse and fulfillment location.
